USPS 1st class mail will be handed over to China Post when it's in China. USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So when it arrives in China, China Post does not scan and update the delivery status in tracking database. Therefore, no one could know the actual arrival and delivery information.
