Good morning,
I am yet to receive these two packages: CL048338000JP and CL048337300JP.
What's the status of this? I sent someone to the post office and he did not find the packgaes.

Hi Babjii,

They are not at the post office. They seem to be stuck in Guangzhou processing center for some reason since August 16. You'd better contact China Post by calling their service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to them and how to get them.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?
