Hi,

I shipped an item from Japan through Japan Post, Tracking No: CL048346540JP.
The item has arrived but hasn't been delivered to the shipping address which is No.3, Block 1, Liyuan east Road, Baiyun Road South, Baiyun district.
What is the status of this?

The address seems to have some problem. There are to roads in this address: Liyuan east Road, Baiyun Road South? I couldn't locate this address successfully.

The last update shows it was in a processing center since Aug 8 and not move after that:
2018-08-08 14:02 Guangzhou Baiyun District Guang Yuan Middle Road Postal Branch processing center, arrived (广州市白云区广园中路邮政支局处理中心, 到达)

You'd better contact the recipient there and ask him to contact China Post by calling 11183 to confirm the address is right.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?
