Package delivered to wrong address

Hello, my name is Kiara and my tracking number is AM361905697CN. My package was delivered to Brooklyn, NY when I am in Memphis, TN. The seller and I both provided this address: 3605 Northmoor Ave. Memphis, TN 38128. I need this dress for an event tomorrow, is there anyway my dress can be retrieved and overnighted to me please??

Hi Kiara I,

It may be a scam. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

I ordered a package and put down the correct delivery address. In an email receipt the address was correct. It was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t contact the original seller or China Post because I only speak english. Hopefully you have the resources to find more insight about this event.
