USPS delivered Package to China Customs, Customs Number: UH015449855US
January 5th, 2019. but it still hasn't arrived to the final destination yet. It is very important this package is found and sent to the final destination. can you help me locate this package?

Last week I wrote to China Post to ask about a small package I sent to Chengdu, Sichuan China from New York, USA. I sent the package using International First Class Mail. Since your reply last week, I have contacted US Post Office and also U.S. Customs. U.S. Customs is not holding the package and U.S. Post Office informed me that the package is likely to be in China Customs. Would China Post be able to get the package released? The package left New York, USA on November 8, 2018 with this custom dispatch # UH014194156US.

I have called the authorities on the US side numerous times and frustrated that all they can tell me is that the package for my wife Zhang Zangchuan, is likely being held by China Customs. My husband check US Post. They say the package is in transit to the next facility on November 8, 2018 from Jamaica Distribution Center, NY., where the airport is located. Is it possible that the package has arrived in China and is now being held by Chinese Customs?

Could you please find out where the package is? I know that the package cannot be tracked because it's International First Class, but it has a dispatch number used by US Customs to identify it; it will come into China with this number: UH014194156US. If China Customs has the package, please request them to release it for delivery to me?
