Package delivered, never received

Says that package was delivered - AS300961491CN however, never received. Also cannot be tracked on the USPS, why? What is the ETA until I receive it?

Hi Sandra,

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
