Package delivered but not received

Since May 16, the carrier has been saying that the package was delivered in Lagos. The delivery address given to the company I bought the items from is correct, nobody picked up the package for me, nor was it stolen (CCTV). Which carrier has taken over the service in Lagos/Portugal so that I can contact them?

Hi Magda Silva,

It's shipped by Portugal CTT. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Portugal. Then, use the number to check with Portugal CTT about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
