Package "delivered" but can't find.

My package as812044238cn says:
"Australia delivered. 2023-02-08 10:14"
Supposed to be delivered to my PO Box, but Post Office have not seen it.

Hi JR,

According to the tracking information, AS812044238CN was delivered on Feb.8. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I’ve my package is reported “delivered” but I fondant get anything, my neighbours didn’t get anything and with the parcelnumer I can only see the tracking of china post. None of the local couriers can find this parcelnumer. Can you tell me a different parcelnumer for the parcel in the Netherlands? Or can you tell me where I can find my package.
