To whom it may concern,
I must apologize as you might have received numerous enquiries or concerns surrounding delayed shipments/packaging.
However, I would like to check the current status of my order which was placed back in March 2020. The tracking number is LO955384477CN.
I don’t mind waiting as I do understand this pandemic is worldwide. But I would like to be updated whether or not I would receive this in the next month or so?

The package is not normal. It couldn't leave China and is on the way back to the seller now. You need to track it in the following days. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
