Package delay

It’s been about a month and the updates on my package are delayed by probably a week everytime it updates , can someone please tell me where my package is exactly and how long will it take to get to my address ?

It says that my package is now in the customs clearance process . how long does that normally take ? because i ordered these shoes on May 9th and it is currently june 5th. I understand that i ordered it from China and delays due to Covid , however the customer service has been honestly terrible . I tried to contact China post via phone and obviously i did not know what was being said because i speak English and the representative on the phone did not .
