What I've to do for unlock the package CP058375404IT is tuck over a month now .. it's a returned phone ... thanks in advance for the support.

Hi,

Latest tracking information for it:
2018-09-28 09:55 -- "Shenzhen Interchange Bureau" has been exported to open and demolished

It should be returned back to your country. You'd better contact Poste Italiane to check it.

Done yet they said that the receiver must call the china post number for unlock the package and thus it will be delivered. So the parcel is locked there or what i can do for have the package back?

Then, you need to contact the receiver to call China Post service number.
