Package cleared customs 2 weeks ago with no update since. Is this normal?

On February 2/28, I received the notification "United States, destination country customs clearance completed [United States]". Since then, I have not received any sort of update, and nothing has came in the mail either. Is this much of a delay normal, or is this a cause for concern? Who should I contact if this is a concern?

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check it with with USPS.
