My package CJ492100167US has been stuck at the Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau for over nearly three weeks now, the message it get is "the processing center is closed". Is this due to Covid restrictions and if so do we know when it will re-open? Or, do I need to have the recipient fill out custom forms to claim it? This is a gift, not a commercial package, thanks!

no update for weeks, need this package asap. please where is it, it shouldnt take this long to resolve the issue. I am urging you to fix this shipment asap pleasee. seller telling me shipment is being sent back due to rejection but why is it taking so long. It should have been sent and reshipped by now.
