I want to know whether my package has arrived yet, as my number is not written on the package. It hasn't been updated for 2 weeks, can you please help me check and let me know how I can get it.

Hi Jonaivi,

It's stuck in Guangzhou processing Center since Dec. 31, 2017. You'd better let the recipient in China contact China Post by calling 11183 to ask how to get it.
