Package bouncing around destination country for a long time

Hello,
My package CP420032516CN has been in the destination country for 2 weeks, and has been bouncing around sorting centers and delivery centers, being sent back to customs, and has now been stuck at delivery center for almost a week. I would like to know why it's being passed around so much and is stuck for so long.

It's processed by PostNL when it arrives in Netherlands. You'd better contact them to check what's the matter with it for you as soon as possible.
