Hi. I see that the parcel EE201963955ID is blocked in customs for almost one week. Could you please help us understand where this parcel is and what is the problem with it, since there are only documents. Thank you

I suggest you wait for another three days to see. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the receiver in China to contact the customs to check for the reason.
