Package blocked as "Airline departure" status for weeks

Hi,
I would like to know where is my package EB733514529CN.
It has been in "airline departure" status since the 1st of December...
Could you let me know ? 2 weeks without moving is not acceptable,

Hi Praaxt,

It's in transit to Switzerland and hasn't arrived. It's shipped by EMS. While shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
