Hello, I sent a package to China on 11/30/2020 and stayed in customs till January 18th. Is the package on its way back to me ? My tracking number is RF216083493ES. The last update I got on the package was:Shanghai, delivery to carrier. What carrier was it delivered to? Also if it is being returned to me how long does it typically take to be returned from China to Spain ? I am concerned because this package was very important and I want to know where it is.

Hello, my package (RF216083493ES) was returned from China back to Spain and after over 2 months the tracking on China post tracking has updated to arrived in Madrid. It arrived on the 1sth of april. However, I still haven’t received it back and the tracking doesn’t show up on any local delivery services. Is there anyway of know where it is ?

I asked a question here and was told the package would arrive back in Spain usually within 2 months. It has been over 2 months since the package left China to be returned to Spain and I have had no updated. I am beginning to think it is lost. What next steps can I take to locate my package ?
