My package (EB734266647CN0) has been stuck flight arrived for over a week with no update, can you please give me an update on this?

Hello,
I placed an order off of DHGate 20 days ago. The package was moving fast but its been stuck at the "Flight Arrival" step for 6 days now. The timing from the flight departure and arrival was 8 days, so i was thinking maybe my package was held by customs or something like that.
