Package been stuck on “arrival at destination” for a week and a half?

I have a package that has “arrived” in New Zealand over a week ago and it hasn’t updated on the New Zealand post website, it still says it’s on international departure… I had another parcel arrive yesterday and it was delivered today from China so customs isn’t delayed? My tracking number is LE192840219CN

Hi Cam,

It should be delayed to be processed in Auckland. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
