Package back and forth for a whole month

Good afternoon.
My package with tracking: LH725137193CN has been going back and forth for the last month with no intention of it being sent.
Can someone please help?

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It will be returned back again. I suggest you contact the seller to give you if you couldn't receive it in two months.
