Hi Cynthia Loh,

It's in Australia now. Australia Post tracking information shows 'Customer enquiry lodged' on October 29. You'd better contact Australia Post to ask what you need to do to get it.

Hi Daisy
Thank you for your reply to my enquiry about my package from China sent through China Post. On your advice, I checked with Australia Post again today and they have confirmed that my package has NOT arrived in Australia.
The customer enquiry lodged on 2018-10-29 13:56 was made by me when I rang them on the 2018-10-29. It does NOT show that the package has arrived in Australia. I'd appreciate if you can find out where my package is now.
