Package arrived to canada but stuck in delivery sorting center

My items LV280137495CN, UT416066495TH and UT416910098TH arrived to Canada but are still stuck in the delivery sorting center since the 12th and the 18th , can you tell me why??

LV280137495CN hasn't arrived in Canada. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives.

What's the courier for UT416066495TH and UT416910098TH? I don't get any tracking information for them.
