Package arrived in Duisburg but I live in another country

I got an email from Aliexpress today that my package arrived in my country, but when I checked the tracking on Global Cainiao and this website, it says “Duisburg- Linehaul Arrival”. The problem is that I actually live in Romania, not Germany. Is this normal?

Hey! I just got an email this morning front AliExpress saying that the package left to destination country! It looks like that's how they ship packages now.
