Package arrived and returned

My package arrived in Canada, it does not say a delivery attempt was done and was returned to China. Why? What happened? When will I receive my package?

Hi Sophie,

The reason for return back may the address is not correct or it's not allowed to be imported to Canada. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution for it. Let the sender send it again to you or refund you if this is an order from a seller.
