Package arrived and departed again

My packages were updated to say arrived one day. And then two week later they had departed again. Does that mean it's in the country or is it still somewhere else?

I ordered a package November 3rd and it’s took a minute to update after my purchase. My package now says that it arrived in Jamaica ny November 20 and it departed November 22 then it departed on the 23rd and it says it departed on the 24th. I currently live in Missouri and I’m trying to figure out where my package is because everytime I call Jamaica ny usps they don’t answer.
