Greetings,
I ordered a product back in April and it has yet to have arrived. I have been tracking weekly and it is the same result. How/who can I reach to find out where this package is?

Hi Peter,

It's not normal. It may be stuck there because of address problem. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My package said it was delivered on 3/18 but it's nowhere to be found I need the address for where it was supposed to be delivered to so I can track it down. Tracking # is AS135416324CN

Other packages from China do not have this massive delay issues, so I'm assuming this package is now lost and not being accurately updated by the systems in place?
