My package EB800596995CN has been stuck at “arrival at destination “ for over 20 days now and hasn’t moved, I was just wondering if you had any updates I’m not seeing.

I was wondering if someone could help me! My package is stuck on “Arrival at the Destination” and it’s been 9 days. I know it’s not here in the US because USPS is still saying that Origing is preparing shipment. So what destination is it in?
