If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

That’s not a helpful response. The responsibility for the delivery is with your company not the manufacturer. Your online records say it was delivered at c.21:36 on 25/03. You must have a record/picture/confirmation of the delivery. This is your problem to resolve.

my package states it was delivered but i believe it was delivered to the wrong address i checked with my local postal services they have not had the package i am wondering where my package was delivered to as i have also checked with neighbors no one has received it. I also have video Surveillance so i know my package was not delivered to my house.
