Package AM159574656CN Missing

Hi,
It says my package was delivered but I have not received this. I have contacted the seller (no help) and it is not at my post office. My tracking number is AM159574656CN, please let me know where my package is.

According to the tracking information, AM159574656CN was delivered on Dec.16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
