Package AM104332575CN not reviewed who is the Irish carrier please? The tracking says delivered but it has not been delivered to our house? Is there a different tracking when it lands in Ireland. Thanks

Hello,
I have a problem with this delivery:
LZ455356526CN
It’s been in transit for a month now.
Irish post has confirmed that they never got this package and also Customs officers have confirmed they do not hold this package.
Can you please tell me why has it not been delivered yet and where is it?
