My package hasn’t moved in four months and I kept talking to the merchant and she said she asked you guys to push the order and still nothing since may and I ordered in April it’s now August can you tell me what’s going on.

Hi Shanika Coles,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
