Hi Ruslan,

In China, when the postman deliver the package, he will call the recipient or send a message to the recipient's phone to notice pickup somewhere. If there is no phone number, it's hard for the postman to contact the recipient in most time. If your address is easy to find, the postman may deliver it to your address directly.
