Hi,
I have tracked my package and it says it was delivered on 25/11/2024 but I did not receive it. Can someone please look into where exactly my parcel was delivered as it only says Doncaster on the tracking information.

Hi Nicola Murray,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
