My package was shipped on Sept 9, 2021. It says that is is at a secondary processing center and has been there since October 19, 2021. It is now Jan 7, 2022 and I still have not received it nor have I been able to get any updates. Is there anyway to find out when I will receive this? It's really becoming frustrating since the goods were paid for back in August 2021.

Hi Heather,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after October 18. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
