My Package was dispatched from the sorting center in Shanghai Shanghai and it’s stuck there why is that? It’s been like that since October 31

Hi Nina,

It should be delayed in Shanghai now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
