Hi, I have anxiously been waiting for my package, I'd say size of box probably appx 24" x 24" , no heavy or prohibited contents, it says passed through customs & is at sorting facility, which is the last updated information available, since Jan. 9th! Please help ! I believe the company is Cainiao, but not certain. These are the last 2 scans that i can find anywhere, & thank you in advance! -

I orders a package on August 21st, and it told me it would come on the 26th, the seller never marked shipped or provided me with a tracking number at the time, it was 2 weeks, then I opened a claim and he finally marked shipped on August 31st, now it says Shipped on Aug 31st, expected arrival August 26th. My order seems to be stuck with the notice: Shipped. International Warehouse Final package sterilization and inspection completed, package shipped. My tracking number is: 9212490285412407636593.
