Hi I need my package stopped before it arrives to the receiver as it turned out I was scammed he never put the money in and created a scam email. Australia post said I can get in touch with you as it’s a public holiday here and am worried he will get the package and I’ll loose everything.

If you have the tracking number, you need to track it and when it arrives in China, you need to call China Post service number 86 10 11185 (then 8 for English service) to stop it. If it's not in China now, it couldn't be stopped.
