Where is my package? The latest notice is from17 October. The number of tracking is LZ387882344CN

It's in Italy now. It should be delivered to you by Poste Italiane recently.

Please explain me, why my pack already 1,5 month stay in Beijing? Why China post not send my pack to Ningbo in Zhenjiang? Why I send my pack from Russia to China already 94 days on the way and from this 94 days my pack 80 days in China??? What is wrong? Where I need call ask about it?? Why China post work like this???
