Overdue delivery

I have a delivery that hasn't been updated since 15th July. It has arrived in the country, but has no other updates since. Its been more than a month now.

Hi Qristopher,

It's delayed in Philippines. You need to contact Philippine Post to check what happends to it as soon as possible.

When I try to track my package, I receive "No tracking information for the shipment or overdue tracking".
