Out for delivery since April 27

Hi. I have been tracking my package and in April 27 it says “out for delivery”. This status is repeated on May 7. What does this means? Yesterday, both dates said “scheduled for delivery”. But now they have changed. What does this means? I mean, the “out for delivery”, and why the change of status in both dates. My tracking number is LX275161571CN

Hi, I ordered an item, the tracking number is “AS135577556CN”. The tracking says the package is out for delivery since March 20. I haven't received anything yet. I tried to track the package via USPS, but the tracking number is invalid there. So where is my package? And what does it mean that its “out for delivery”?
