Out for delivery but also pick up

My item has been stuck for 3 days now say out for delivery in Australian Capital Territory Lowood.. Lowood is in qld which is where it needs to come too. Tracking number is AM346763458CN. Local delivery partners have no idea where it is as I only have the china post tracking number. For the shipping status is says pick up? From where when I don’t know where is actually is…
