Good afternoon, 


I ordered an item on Amazon on November 28th in hopes of getting it for someone for Christmas.

However, the estimated arrival to the usps keeps going up 1 day every day. It appears to be stuck in China. 

How do I cancel or refuse this parcel?

I want a refund for the item with this tracking number:
LY571630666CN

I cannot call any numbers as they are international numbers that I have no way of calling from my service provider in the USA.

Hi MCR,

It's in transit to the US now. Due to the coronavirus, the delivery time couldn't be guaranteed now. You can only wait for more days to get it. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you can contact the seller on Amazon to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It has not moved at all since December 10, which tells me it's still stuck in China since the last update. Is there nobody at China Postal that can halt my parcel and send it back to the seller?

Please note what I said in my first post. I do not want the item. It would arrive way too late at this point. I want the delivery canceled and the item sent back to the seller.
