My package has said "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since April 26!!! IT IS JUNE 2. I'm starting to think you guys lost my package and I'm never getting it.

Hi Daisy ordered a package March 17 and was wondering is it on it's way to the US? The package number is CP411799809CN.

It's in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Origin post is preparing shipment for TWO MONTHS. I got another package from China that I ordered AFTER the tracking number in the message. So my first package is still sitting in China, and somehow the second package came first. This postal service is terrible!

It shows as an EMS traceable package, with an estimation of 7-20 days for arrival for the US. IT'S BE WAYYYY OVER 20 DAYS! WHAT'S THE PROBLEM??? Package is lost apparently. Thanks a lot.

Placed my order May28 and my order has been stuck since June 5th Help!! Im going on vacation July 29th and I have no idea when I will get this package. Any chance i'll get it before?
