My package has been on “Origin post is preparing shipment” since March 31. There have been no updates can you confirm whether or not it is actually left the country and is in route to destination? Tracking number LS263639798CN

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-50 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
