Origin post is preparing shipment

Hi Daisy, my package is stuck at Beijing sorting center. LS291256202CN Package Ordered in March. Package arrival to Beijing sorting center April 5. Stuck at origin post is preparing shipment since April 22 Can you help?

We could only help you check where it is now and couldn't help you solve the problem. It's still stuck at Bejing International Mail Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't gwt update in this week, better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Daisy my tracking history keeps saying origin post is preparing shipment and its saying proccessed through facility like i need to know exactly where my package is or when will it arrive can anyone please help i dont want to put my tracking number out there because someone can get my adress or change the delivery location.
