Could you give an update regarding my orders LV221977070CN and LV221977083CN? Are packages delayed or lost? Please, help me!!!!

Hi Grazielle Padilha,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on August 25 and take about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Mexico after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
