Have you contacted the seller? Ask him why it was in Shanghai for so many days. You'd better open dispute to eBay to ask your money back if you still couldn't get it before October 15. I would like you to wait for another 15 days because in sometimes there may be problem with tracking system. It may has left China and on the way to UAE now but the tracking system has problem to update it.

I'm sorry that all the three tracking numbers couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system. This is because the three packages are not registered ones. The carrier will not enter the tracking information in the system. So, no one could track where it is.
