Ordered package not received yet.

I have ordered a toy under tracking number RV346787984CN & it was shown dispatched on 25 February 2020 but till now I didn't receive the package. The last update was on 4th March 2020, after that till today (2 June 2020) not update & not delivered.

Hi Rony,

There is no flight to Qatar that makes it delayed. As it has been over three months that you still don't receive it, you need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Package I ordered and paid for in January said it was post to be delivered on or before March 13th it's still saying that it is in shaghai EMS China it's been there since the 24th of February no updates since then please help me I received the other two items I ordered and paid for the same day as this one and I also ordered my wife a bag on March 3rd I got it today so I'm very confused about why I haven't received this one the seller keep telling me he doesn't know what or where it is to be patient

May 8th, the package was "sent to airline". I have not received an update since. I tried calling the number available and pressing "8" for English service doesn't matter. I have received other packages from china that were ordered AFTER this product, and I would like to know where it is and why I haven't received it. Please don't just tell me it's delayed due to COVID-19 or something. Like I said, I've received packages ordered after this one, so there is no delay on this package that the others haven't experienced. I've been charged for this package. I have already contacted the seller, and they redirect me to contact you.
