Order tracking info

Please may i know where my order has been RA580782024TR because since 2 weeks i have lost the tracking after saying that it was forwarded to the destination country. I usually get my orders from turkey in 1 week so i am afraid that they won't send it

Hi piakorkomaz,

According to the tracking information, it's still in transit and hasn't arrived. You'd better contact the courier PTT to check it for you if it couldn't be delivered in time.

Thank you for your help. I am trying to reach them. I've sent a lot of emails and tried to enter their website but it's not working.

There is a lack of info from China Post. I kept getting info from Amazon my order would be delivered yesterday. Today they say so sorry & that I should contact you about this order LY067874513CN.

Tracking says handed over to delivery company since Nov.29 but they don't have i (0 reply)

LP00481396316943= tracking# Order# =AQ452406603CN. The seller and the tracking info says that the package was handed over to the delivery company but that is not the case. USPS has not received this package contrary to the tracking info.

The last info I was able to find was that it was in Compton, CA and that was on November 29th!! Just wondering what needs to be done to get you to actually hand the package over to USPS like your tracking info says. Please lmk if you need anything from me to make this happen! In the meantime I'd appreciate knowing why it's been being held for a whole month with no word/or movement.
